Cancellation Policy

At Optilink Solutions Ltd, we understand that circumstances may arise which may change your plans necessitating cancellation of your order. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible.

Cancellation Before Work Commencement

If you wish to cancel an order before we have started working on it, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We will fully refund the amount paid by you within 14 business days of your cancellation request.

Cancellation After Work Commencement

In the event that you decide to cancel your order after we have started working on it but before the final product has been delivered, you will be charged for the proportion of work completed at the time of your cancellation. This amount will be deducted from your initial payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 14 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by you at the time of your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Non-refundable Services

Please note that certain services, such as rush orders, customized services and special orders, are non-refundable. We will inform you at the time of placing such an order.
